God hears our prayers!

Few days ago I found that a close friend's father was admitted to hospital due to diabetes complications. His condition was serious, he is old, Drs just shoke their heads and told us to prepare for the worst.
SMSes, e-mails flew around to the whole church to pray for him. He doesn't know God.
I was following very closely to this news. Any change, any glimpse of hope, I hope to know. I don't personally know this uncle, but somehow his condition seemed to have captured my attention.
His last strand of hope. His thin, fine line to recovery. His daughter praying. His family's tears. His cry for Jesus' help. The church's prayers. The sweat beads on the foreheads, their downcast eyes as the doctors told them remain to bid their last goodbye. His last night..their last prayer.
Then a mail came to my in-box. He received Jesus as his saviour!
Then another mail came. He is getting stronger, eating and talking. Doctors called it a miracle. Fighting septicemia at such an old age. The rest of us cheered! Our prayers answered. God intervened!
This is the news that should be in the headlines! This is the news where everyone should read!
